Allar pantanir eru afgreiddar þegar greiðsla hefur borist og fer í póst eftir 2-5 virka daga. Ef einhverjar tafir eru á þessu verður haft samband í gegnum tölvupóst. Einnig er hægt að sækja verk á Njálsgötu 58a, 101 Reykjavík.

Heimsending á Íslandi er u.þ.b. 1.600 kr. innanlands og u.þ.b. 4.900 kr. til útlanda fyrir minni vörur. Sendingarkostnaður er reiknaður út við afgreiðslu (checkout) miða við þyngd, stærð og áfangastað vörunnar, sendingarkostnaður verður innheimtur við kaup. Allar vörur eru sendar frá næsta pósthúsi. Nýjar innflutningsreglur núverandi stjórnvalda í Bandaríkjunum gætu tafið afhendingu pakka.

Þar sem keramík er brothætt þarf að pakka því vel, keramik er keramik. Ég endurnýt eins mikið af pökkunarefni og ég get. Pakkinn þinn gæti því komið í kassa sem áður hefur verið notaður og bóluplasti í öllum stærðum og gerðum.

Kaupandi hefur 14 daga til að hætta við kaup, svo framarlega sem hann hefur ekki notað verkið og verkið er skilað í óopnuðum umbúðum og í góðu ástandi. Ef verkið var í lokuðum umbúðum má innsiglið ekki vera rofið. Uppsagnarfrestur hefst þegar verkið hefur verið afhent móttakanda. Reikningur fyrir verkinu þarf að fylgja með, vinsamlegast athugið að skil á verkum er á eigin ábyrgð. Verk sem skilað er skemmdum/óseljanlegum verða ekki inneignargreiddar eða skiptar. Vinsamlegast pakkið vandlega. Ekkert ætti að geta hreyfst eða snertst innan í kassanum. Endurgreiðsla er greidd að fullu ef ofangreindum skilyrðum er fullnægt og eftir að varan hefur verið skilað. Kaupandi endursendir okkur vöruna með pósti á eigin kostnað. Shipping in Iceland is approximately 1,600 ISK for smaller items and approximately 4,900 ISK internationally. All items are shipped to the nearest post office. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, such as customs fees and charges, within their own country. New import procedures in the US by the current administration may delay package delivery.

Ceramic stoneware is a tough clay, but fragile, and needs to be packaged well during shipping. I reuse as much packaging material as I can; your ceramic may be wrapped in odd-sized bubble wrap, Icelandic newspaper, and boxes that are pre-used, of all shapes and sizes.

The buyer has 14 days to cancel a purchase, as long as he has not used the product and the product is returned in unopened packages and in good order. If the product is in sealed packages, the seal must not be broken. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delivered to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Please note that returning goods is done at your own risk. Items returned damaged / unsellable will not be issued credit or an exchange. Please pack carefully. Nothing should be able to move or touch within the box. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned.
